Down the Mountain

Is this not a wonderful place to take a few minutes to pray? Father Mike reads to us the scripture passage of the Visitation. With such a view of God’s creation as that which we could see from this mountaintop, who could not help but feel awed that the Lord wanted to be born as one of us?

On the way back down the mountain, some of us pause to buy hand-made rosary beads from the Sisters of the Rosary. In so doing, we help support their orphanage, located next to the Church of the Visitation.
